Health &
Safety /

On your next visit salon visit, you’ll notice that we’ve reduced capacity and are implementing policies and processes to reduce the possible spread of COVID-19.

Masks Required for All

Because we care about your health, masks are required for guests and our staff throughout our salon. Masks must cover the nose and mouth and fit snugly around the face and chin.

Hand Sanitizer and Soap

Upon entry, you will be asked to utilize the liquid hand sanitizer before touching surfaces and nail polish bottles. Furthermore, a soap dispenser is located in the restroom so that you can wash your hands for at least 20 seconds. Also, avoid touching your face.

Screening and Consent for Services

Before service delivery or when booking, you will be asked a few questions and read a few disclosures to assess if receiving elective nail care services is ideal. Once we’ve considered your risk and we best agree that the day is appropriate to perform your scheduled nail services, by accepting services you are releasing consent to service.

Social Distancing Standards

Although nail care delivery requires closer proximity, our staff wear masks and gloves between our nail technicians and clients. Clients sit 6 feet apart from each other.

Cashless Transactions

Credit cards are required to confirm appointments. When checking out or making retail purchases, credit, debit, Apple or Google Pay, or LUX SF gift cards are preferred to reduce contact, but cash is accepted and used in the correct amount.

Food & Drinks are Not Allowed

To eliminate the need to remove your masks, following the SF Department of Public Health COVID-19 guidelines, we will no longer be serving drinks, and we ask that you do not bring one with you.

Daily Associate Health Screening

Nail technicians and staff have their temperatures read before beginning their shifts. Anyone who has a fever or symptoms must self-quarantine until symptom-free and have a COVID-19 negative test result.
